A More Enjoyable Method of Meditation

Contrary to popular belief that meditation is a very long cross-legged seating with your mind traveling across different concepts and whatnot, another method of meditation offers an alternative. This is done through spiral sequence of sitting and standing.
The transitions between these two actions are opportunities to practice meditation in action. This method aims to put a person in a continuous meditative state so that he can become cosmically conscious all throughout. When standing and sitting during meditation, the inner flow of the act continues until the person feels that his body is moving while his basic existential identity remains the same.
To be able to develop a habit of meditation, this kind of act is one repetitive preferably at a short time. This is because each time the meditation is done, the mind is fresher, clearer and calmer. The longer the person engages in a continuous meditation, the more the brain becomes restless and the body agitated. By doing this frequently, the habit of meditation will grow stronger.
Another unique method of meditation based on experience is Sahaja Yoga, known as Self Realization. Worth noting is that meditation is one of the core aspects of yoga practice. Through Sahaja yoga, a person engages into a state of awakening and become moral, united, integrated, and balanced.
The meditation in Sahaja Yoga is best understood as a state of 'mental silence' in which one is fully alert and aware but free of the unnecessary thoughts that can cause stress. Focusing on the experience at the moment is vital aspect in attaining the mental state of silence that leads to a peace and calm form. What is beneficial with this kind of meditation is that a person can easily establish and maintain a meditative state.
Meditation as a method in achieving a fresh outlook on vital values such as justice, freedom, respect and love is by now widely proven.
With regular practice meditation will become easier, you will become more calmer, less stressful, more peaceful and able to react to situations with a calmer approach. Your whole body and mind will become more peaceful and your decision making will be more in tune to 'your' needs rather than anyone else's.
Not everyone may not appreciate your calmness and may expect a different response, you are now coming from a different place, your centre. It takes great courage to follow your heart and sometimes the consequences are very great. To be true to you, you must follow your path.
